Woodside is a 4 bedroom detached brick and flint cottage. The cottage sleeps 8 in comfort across 4 bedrooms.

Downstairs

Sitting room – 2 large sofas and an armchair provide plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. There is a woodburning stove, large HD Freesat Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player.  Wireless sound system

Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen with electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, digital radio and wireless music player, massive 8 foot dining table plus as many pots, pans and utsensils as you will ever need

Bedroom 2 - king sized bed

Games room  – this room houses a reversible 6ft table football table and air hockey table, plus wireless sound system

Bathroom - with shower and jack and jill door to Bed 2

There is also a utility room for sandy/muddy boots, coats and kit

Upstairs

Master bedroom - king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a compact flatscreen TV

Bedroom 3 - zip and link twin beds which can be configured as either twins or a 6ft superking

Snug – Sofa, TV, Xbox, board games, kids toys and booksedroom 3 - twin beds

Bedroom 4 - twin room

All the bedrooms have good storage space, luxurious mattress toppers, linen (100% cotton 200 thread count) and duvets (10.5 tog) to help with a great nights sleep. Our bedding is top quality microfibre filling with a cotton percale cover that gives a soft down like feel, its pocketed to prevent cold spots and non-allergenic. 

Bathroom - spacious bathroom with separate bath and large walk in shower. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided (100% ring spun cotton, 600gsm weight).

Additionally, the upstairs landing has a cosy reading area with loveseat looking out towards the sea and a plentiful book supply. 

Outside

Woodside has front and rear gardens; the rear garden has been landscaped to provide a relaxing and social space for play, relaxation and enjoyment, this is fully enclosed for small children and dogs.  The front garden is open to the road providing panoramic views to Kelling Heath. 

There is parking for 3 cars
